After four long days, some people on the city's east side are still without power Wednesday.
The residents of the Colony apartments have been without electricity, air conditioning and hot water since storms knocked out power on Saturday, says FOX 2's Roop Raj.
DTE officials tell Raj the reason the complex has been low on the list of restoring power is because it is considered one customer since the landlord personally pays the building's total bill.
Residents tell Raj that have a hard time with the policy since there are over 300 people living in the building.
