SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- It's the story that keeps changing by the hour. Jane Bashara murdered. Her body found inside an SUV in a Detroit alley.
"It's just unthinkable that this happened to her and what she had to suffer. I am just so upset about it," her husband, Bob Bashara, tells FOX 2.
As police search for clues, her husband is named a person of interest in the case. Then a new face comes forward to say he knows how Jane died and who killed her. Others have doubts about his story.
FOX 2's Alexis Wiley asks attorney David Griem whether his credibility is questioned.
"Very questionable," he responds.
Now, the story has taken a bizarre twist, one involving a secret sex dungeon and parties.
"Somebody told me he had an S & M thing going down there," says Rebecca Delodder, who lives next door to one of Bob Bashara's properties.
Plus, City Council President Charles Pugh is praising Detroit Mayor Dave Bing and the coalition of unions, who have come to a tentative deal that both sides say will help the city save tens of millions of dollars. But is it enough to keep an emergency manager out of Detroit?
Joining Huel Perkins and Charlie Langton on our panels to discuss are FOX 2 reporter Amy Lange, attorney Carl Marlinga and psychiatrist Dr. Gerald Shiener, as well as attorney Richard Mack, Detroit City Council President Pro Tem Gary Brown and state Representative Lisa Howze.
