Dunwoody Murder Suspect's Wife Seeks Information in Case

Did infidelity play a role in the death of a Dunwoody father, who was shot to death after dropping off his child at daycare? The wife of the suspected killer is asking the court to reveal what they know about the case against her husband.

The wife of suspected killer, Hemy Neuman, filed for legal separation alleging, among other things, he was having an affair.

Russell Sneiderman was gunned down, execution style in front of a Dunwoody day care center back in November.

In police affidavits, investigators say Hemy Neuman and Sneiderman's wife, Andrea were in constant communication in the days before and after the murder of Rusty Sneiderman in front of a Dunwoody day care center.

Neuman was Sneiderman's one-time supervisor at GE in Marietta.
It has been unclear the depth of the relationship between Sneiderman and Neuman and whether it had anything to do with the murder of Russell Sneiderman.

Police said their investigation revealed the continuous communication between Andrea Sneiderman and Neuman.

A DeKalb County judge granted a search warrant of email and phone records of both Neuman and Sneiderman that investigators say may reveal a motive in the murder.

The warrant covers phone calls and emails up until days after Neuman was charged in the 36-year-old man's killing.

Investigators also confirmed that Andrea Sneiderman and Neuman traveled together on business.
