TMZ has a picture taken on Sandusky on Monday morning, sitting in New York’s LaGuardia Airport, apparently waiting for a flight.
In the image, Sandusky is dressed casually, and eating donuts in a departing flight area. There is packed bag next to Sandusky.
Sandusky faces 40 counts on child-sex crimes in Pennsylvania and is free on unsecured $100,000 bail.
His next court date is in December.
Earlier on Monday, it came to light that the judge who set the bail, Leslie Dutchcot, is a volunteer at the Second Mile, a charity Sandusky started in 1977 while he was still a Penn State coach.
Prosecutors had wanted $500,000.00 bail and for Sandusky be required to wear a leg monitor.
