ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Gov. Martin O'Malley is scheduled to meet with clergy leaders for the second time to talk about how to help some of the thousands of unaccompanied children who have come across the border from Central America. The meeting will be today in Annapolis.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Court hearings will begin this week on the proposed merger of the Corcoran Gallery of Art and its college with George Washington University and the National Gallery of Art. A D.C. judge decided last week that nine current students, faculty and staff members can challenge the merger.

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) - Frederick Mayor Randy McClement is highlighting transportation and development in his annual State of the City address. McClement is making his speech tonight with the city's downtown MARC station as a backdrop. The station is at one end of a bicycle route his administration is developing to encourage rail commuters to pedal to the train stop.

BOYDS, Md. (AP) - Labor Secretary Tom Perez and Attorney General Eric Holder will visit a suburban Washington jail to highlight a program that's intended to keep inmates from committing crimes after their release. The Obama administration officials will visit the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Boyds today.
