SHARPSBUR, Md. (AP) - The National Park Service says it's cutting off vehicle access to a Potomac River boat ramp near Sharpsburg for more than a week to replace a bridge over the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal. The agency says the road leading to the Big Slackwater boat ramp will be closed Monday and will reopen about May 2.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - An economist predicts Maryland's minimum wage four years from now will be worth about $9.25 in today's dollars. A bill awaiting Gov. O'Malley's signature raises the wage to $10.10 an hour by July 2018. David Cooper based his estimate on the federal government's inflation estimates.

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are looking for a man who tried to rob one bank and robbed a second bank within 15 minutes. Troopers say a man left a bank without getting any cash about 11:20 a.m. yesterday, then entered another bank about 11:35 a.m. Officers say the tellers there gave the robber cash and he ran away.

NEW YORK (AP) - The U.S. women's basketball team will train at the Naval Academy as part of an increased partnership among the NBA, USA Basketball and the Department of Defense. The women will practice at Navy from Sept. 7-10.
