Two Australian chefs hope to win a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records for creating the world's largest hamburger.

They have making a burger that tips the scale at almost two-hundred pounds.

The previous record for the world's largest burger is held by a Michigan chef, weighing in at one hundred eighty-five pounds.

The gigantic burger, topped off with a pound of barbeque sauce, took twenty-four hours to make.

Chefs used pounds of bread, meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese and more than one hundred eggs.

It will be on the cafe's menu next year, costing about twelve hundred dollars.
