House Fire Kills 22 Birds

Twenty-two parrots, parakeets and finches died in an early morning fire at a home in Rockville around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Firefighters removed five people from the home.
One parakeet was found alive.
Investigators say electrical problems appear to be to blame for the fire.
