WASHINGTON - A Democratic Maryland congressman says he will vote against the House's health care legislation.
Rep. Frank Kratovil, a freshman who represents the Eastern shore and parts of Baltimore, Harford and Anne Arundel counties, says he will vote against the measure. The House is meeting Saturday and expected to vote soon on the bill.
Kratovil said he had questions about the overall cost of the plan and its impact on the federal deficit. He said he could support a different version of the legislation.
