Maryland State Police are searching for a man they believe passed a counterfeit one-hundred dollar bill at a Frederick convenience store.
The incident occurred at the Sheetz store on Buckeystown Pike around 5:00 a.m. on March 11.
The suspect is described as a black male with a mustache and thin build. He was wearing a dark colored baseball cap, red and black winter jacket, black pants, and brown shoes.
Police say the man purchased multiple items from the store using the counterfeit $100 bill.
