I-66 Reopens After Truck Accident

All lanes of Interstate 66 eastbound prior to I-495 have been reopened after a tractor trailer accident early Friday morning.

The tractor-trailer spilled about 100 gallons of diesel fuel on Interstate 66 at the Capital Beltway.

All eastbound lanes were closed while the spill was being cleaned up.

Traffic on I-66 is was, at one point, backed up to Vienna.
