As the Nor'easter pushes itself up the Atlantic coast, places like Deale, Maryland are watching the Chesapeake Bay push itself on shore. So far, it's more like a nudge, but folks who live there are worried about the tide.

"We always watch the high tide to see when that will be, listen to which way the wind is blowing and the churn of the storm," said Frank Simmons, a Deale resident. "The more water in the bay, the more flooding we'll get."

For now, the bay is staying in its banks and the wind is breezy with gusts to 40 mph. With the wind, constant rain and chilly temperature, it's a perfect storm for a miserable weekend.

"I think we have a long night," Jacob Kuitwaard, another Deale resident, said. "From what I see I am hoping for the best, and hoping it'll be a small high tide and that's it."

The rainy, windy weather is expected to continue Friday as the system moves out of the D.C. area.
