DC Reacts to Same-Sex Marriage Changes

Its official: the District of Columbia is now recognizing the marriage of gay couples. While same-sex partners can't marry in Washington, D.C., the city will recognize unions performed in states where it is legal. The change has some vowing to fight it, while others are pleased.
