2 Dead in Small Plane Crash

    Maryland State Police say two people are dead after their small airplane crashed in Carroll County.

    Sgt. Tracy Hart says the "ultra-light aircraft" crashed at the end of the runway at the Keymar Airport near Taneytown early Saturday. Hart says the two people inside the plan have died.

    He says authorities are at the scene investigating the incident.
