NoMa Neighborhood on the Rise

WASHINGTON - The idea of old, run down neighborhoods, finding new life is nothing new to D.C.
It has happened in Logan Circle, Columbia Heights and most recently, the NOMA neighborhood.
That's short for Northern Mass Avenue, an area near Capitol Hill and Union Station.
