Should You Pay for Your Street Lights?

D.C. leaders have come up with what they think is a bright idea: Charging you for using street lights. Operating all of those lights cost the city $13 million a year, but under Mayor Adrian Fenty's proposal, you'll get a streetlight fee added to your power bill.
