WASHINGTON - A special dog and cat couple are becoming local celebrities.
Five month old Chihuahua 'Chloe' and a 2 month old kitten 'Kit Cat' were left together at the Washington Humane Society because their owner could no long afford to care for them.
Since then the staff has noticed the two have a very special bond.
