WASHINGTON - On Tuesday, the White House introduced a new strategy to fight HIV and AIDS. President Barack Obama wants to:
- Improve care
- Narrow the gap in health care
- Cut the rate of new infections by 25 percent over the next five years
- More education and personal responsibility
