While you probably shouldn't expect to find Albert Haynesworth in a tutu any time soon, there is a huge connection between his foot-work and the dance moves you'd find at the Kennedy Center.

These days it's pretty common to find even the toughest athletes signing up for dance class.

FOX 5’S Holly Morris has got the proof!

The Glen Burnie High School Dance Program was established by Ms. Dianne Rosso 37 years ago and it is one of the largest dance programs in a public high school state-wide taught during the school day for credit.

All students who take dance classes appear in two dance shows held in the winter and spring.

The GBHS Dance Company has been selected each year to perform state-wide in the Maryland High School Dance Showcase. They also perform for the Anne Arundel County Dance Festival, at area schools, malls, and for community organizations.
