ARLINGTON, Va. - Some say age is nothing but a number and some athletes in northern Virginia are living proof.

You've got to be at least fifty years old to compete in the senior games!

FOX 5’s Holly Morris visited the Thomas Jefferson Community Center and spoke with some of the super seniors.
