WASHINGTON - The August recess is just weeks away on Capitol Hill and Congress has to tackle tough business including a fight involving DC streetcar funding.
D.C. Delegate, Eleanor Holmes Norton , joined FOX 5 Morning News from Capitol Hill to discuss possible solutions to Congressional division on issues ranging from emergency unemployment insurance to the placement of streetcar lines in the district.
