WASHINGTON - On Friday, FOX 5's Tony Perkins promised great weather this Labor Day weekend or else he would eat his sock!

While it was sunshine for most of the area, some places did get a little rain.

Never a man to go back on his word, Mr. Perkins kept up his end of the deal…offered an apology for the bad forecast…and ate his sock!

With a dash of Old Bay of course!
