RECIPE:
Roasted Pork Chop, Maple syrup caramelized apples, Spaghetti Squash
1 pork chop
2 golden apples
1 each Vanilla bean
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1/3 of a cup Maple syrup
1 cup of Apple cider
1 each Spaghetti squash
1 cup Orange juice
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Butter
DIRECTIONS:
-Roast the pork chop. Add the chopped apples, sauté, deglaze with apple cider, add maple syrup
-Cut spaghetti squash in half , in a baking pan, place the spaghetti squash pour the orange juice in the center with cinnamon and butter,
-Cover with plastic wrap and bake until tender, scoop out the flesh
-Place the spaghetti squash in the middle of the plate, place the pork chop and top with the apple sauce
