Kendra Wilkinson Heads to Gun Range

Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend and "Girl Next Door" Kendra Wilkinson spent some quality time on a gun range as she gets ready for marriage.

Wilkinson just updated her blog on Celebuzz.com to talk about her trip to the range with fiance Hank Baskett of the Philadelphia Eagles.

"I think it's so important that every woman learn self defense, plus it's fun," Wilkinson said.

The shooting lesson was an apparent first for Wilkinson who has her own show ready to debut on E! this summer with Baskett.

The show will focus on the couple's marriage preparations and Wilkinson's attempts to learn domestic skills like cooking and housework.

The couple will tie the knot on June 27 at the Playboy Mansion. Baskett and Wilkinson became engaged last fall.

Wilkinson told People magazine earlier this year that she will be heading East to support Baskett as he continues his career with the Eagles.
