FOX ROCKS Winner: The Shields Brothers!

The FOX ROCKS finals took place on Wednesday night at the Clarendon Grill in Arlington, and they featured our finalists-- Bette Noir vs The Shields Brothers.  But in the end, it was up to the crowd, and they cheered the loudest for The Shields Brothers!
