    Motorists will likely be in for some headaches in the Santa Monica area this week, as a stretch of Lincoln Boulevard will close early tomorrow morning to make way for the installation of train tracks for the Metro Expo Line.Lincoln will be closed at Colorado Avenue beginning at 3 a.m. Monday and continuing until 6 a.m. April 28, according to the Exposition Construction Authority.
