But, unlike Brown, he's barred from raising additional funds between now and the November election.

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Election officials say more than a dozen people in Fairfax County voted in both Virginia and Maryland in 2012. In some cases, individuals voted in both states in elections dating back to 2004. The Virginia Attorney General's Office is investigating voter fraud allegations.

GERMANTOWN, Md. (AP) - Maryland Rep. John Delaney is hosting a panel discussion on the challenges facing women in the workforce. The panel in Germantown at Montgomery College is expected to cover pay equity, managing work and child care, the glass ceiling and gender and pregnancy discrimination.

BALTIMORE (AP) - Jonathan Schoop singled in the go-ahead run in the sixth inning and Caleb Joseph had two RBIs as the Baltimore Orioles beat the fading Tampa Bay Rays 4-2 last night.
