They are due in military court at Naval Station Norfolk on Tuesday. The divers drowned Feb. 26.
CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (AP) - A grand jury will hear the case against a man charged with shooting two women at a community college inside a Christiansburg mall in April. Nineteen year-old Neil MacInnis faces malicious wounding and weapons charges. The women survived.
