RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - Two members of a Navy dive unit are facing involuntary manslaughter and dereliction-of-duty charges in the drowning of 2 divers at Aberdeen Proving Ground near Baltimore. They are due in military court at Naval Station Norfolk on Tuesday. The divers drowned Feb. 26.

CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (AP) - A grand jury will hear the case against a man charged with shooting two women at a community college inside a Christiansburg mall in April. Nineteen year-old Neil MacInnis faces malicious wounding and weapons charges. The women survived.

DANVILLE, Va. (AP) - Tobacco barns that dot the rural landscape of Pittsylvania County have been surveyed in a first step toward preserving them. The survey was conducted by Preservation Virginia and a group of volunteers who surveyed about 260 barns.

CHATHAM, Va. (AP) - State alcohol regulators say they seized 339 gallons of moonshine and 18 guns in a raid on a Pittsylvania County home. Agents say charges are being sought against 63-year-old Ronald Way Bray, including selling alcohol without a license.
